Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery

  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software applications

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
