Job Description:

 

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of our clients, including construction sites, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

• Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing work areas

• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision

• Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as needed

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries

• Lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis

• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and productivity goals

• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in general labor or a related field is a plus

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
